What the service is today

Sisul is a pre-launch, pre-license platform. The verification engine, marketplace, dashboards, and paper-trading simulation work today, but no real money moves, no allocations execute, and every "allocate" or "subscribe" action is a non-binding expression of interest. Demo profiles are seeded with synthetic data and are labeled DEMO wherever they appear. The full regulatory position is described on the regulatory status page.

No investment advice, no offer

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Performance figures shown for demo profiles are synthetic. Past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results, and investments involve risk of loss. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misrepresent your identity, your accreditation status, or a trading record;
• attempt to tamper with, forge, or misrepresent any hash chain or verification artifact;
• probe, scan, overload, or otherwise attack the service, or access data that is not yours;
• scrape or republish platform data at scale without written permission;
• use the service to violate any law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and content we created, belongs to Sisul and its licensors. You keep the rights to the information you submit, and you grant us the license needed to operate the service with it, including displaying a trader's verified track record on their public profile as they configure it. Verification artifacts (hashes, chain roots, timestamps) are mathematical facts derived from your data and may remain publicly verifiable by design.

Third-party services

Parts of the service depend on third parties, including Alpaca (brokerage data and paper trading) and OpenTimestamps with the Bitcoin blockchain (timestamp anchoring). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and a chain verification result describes the integrity of recorded data, not the future behavior of any trader.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisul and the people who build it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. To the extent any liability is not excludable, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sisul harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there. The governing state will be fixed in this document before launch.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date above, and for material changes we will provide more prominent notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply.
